Who you're dealing with
Bookings are arranged by BE Admissions Ltd, a UK company trading as Thrill Hospitality. We act as a hospitality and ticketing specialist: depending on the event, packages may be official venue hospitality, packages from official resellers, or premium inventory sourced through our partner network. We tell you which before you pay.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are all-inclusive of fees and VAT unless stated otherwise in writing. A quote isn't a reservation — availability is only held once we confirm it and any deposit stated is paid. Written confirmation of exactly what's included is issued before any balance is due.
Provisional dates
Where an event date is marked provisional, it has not been finally confirmed by the organiser. If a provisional date moves, your package moves with it. We won't take non-refundable payment against a provisional date without making that explicit in writing.
Cancellation and postponement
If an event is cancelled outright and not rescheduled, you receive a full refund of everything paid to us. If an event is postponed, your package transfers to the new date; if you can't make the new date, tell us within 14 days of the announcement and we'll refund you.
If you cancel a confirmed booking, refunds depend on what we can recover from venues and suppliers — we'll always try, and we'll always tell you the position honestly before you book.
The boring but important bits
Hospitality packages are for enjoyment, not resale; venues may refuse entry for breaches of their own terms (dress codes, behaviour, age limits) and that's outside our control. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
