01What exactly is a hospitality package?

A hospitality package bundles a premium seat with the rest of the day: lounge or box access, food and drink, a proper entrance, and usually a host. Depending on the event that can mean a Paddock Club terrace above the F1 pit lane, a floor table at a world title fight, a Wembley box, or a course-facing restaurant at Cheltenham. You'll always know exactly what's included before you book.

02Is the price you quote the price I pay?

Yes. Every quote is all-in: tickets, hospitality, fees, VAT. If we've included transport or a hotel, it says so on the quote. No surprises at checkout, no 'plus booking fee' at the end.

03The event I want isn't listed on the site. Can you still get me in?

Almost certainly. The site shows the headline events we're actively selling, but we work across every major sport and tour. Tell us what you're after — however niche — and we'll come back with real options or an honest no.

04How do sold-out events work?

Hospitality inventory is sold separately from general admission, so 'sold out' rarely means sold out. For genuinely exhausted events we source through our partner network of official resellers, debenture holders and box owners. Everything is verified before money changes hands.

05Can you handle big group bookings?

Groups are our favourite job — stag dos on the fight floor, a company box for the derby, forty clients at Silverstone. For parties of 10 or more we'll assign one person to run the whole booking, including transport, dietary requirements and staggered payment if you need it.

06What happens if an event is postponed or cancelled?

If an event is cancelled outright, you get a full refund — every time, no quibbles. If it's postponed, your package rolls to the new date automatically, or we'll refund you if you can't make it. Provisional dates on the site are clearly marked until organisers confirm them.

07Some dates on your site say 'provisional' — why?

Because honesty beats neatness. Sports bodies confirm calendars at different speeds: a Premier League fixture can move for TV, a fight date can slip. Where a date isn't officially locked we say so, and we won't take full payment against a provisional date without making that crystal clear.

08How do I pay, and is my money safe?

Bank transfer or card, with card payments processed by a regulated provider. For larger bookings we can split payment across your group or invoice your company. You'll receive written confirmation of exactly what's booked before any balance is due.
