Who we are

BE Admissions Ltd, trading as Thrill Hospitality ("we", "us"), operates thrillhospitality.com. We arrange sports hospitality packages for customers in the United Kingdom and abroad. For anything in this policy, contact enquiries@thrillhospitality.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us: name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of the event you're interested in. We don't collect payment details through this website.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details to respond to you and arrange your booking. When you enquire we also add you to our email updates about upcoming events and VIP offers — the sign-up box on the enquiry form is ticked by default, so simply untick it (or use the one-click unsubscribe in any email we send) if you'd rather not hear from us. 'Stop' means stop.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained while we have an active relationship with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email enquiries@thrillhospitality.com and we'll action it within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
